Scope: Aging roll roofing on second-story flat roof of townhome. Complete tear-off, deck inspection (sound, no replacement needed), 1.5-inch polyiso insulation, fully adhered 60 mil EPDM membrane with heat-welded T-joints and properly addressed parapet wall flashing. Completed in 4 working days.
