Scope: Tear-off of aged tar-and-gravel roof, deck repair (replacement of approximately 40 sq ft of damaged decking), torch-applied SBS modified bitumen base sheet, granulated cap sheet. Replaced edge metal and re-flashed adjacent siding. Completed in 3 working days.
